2. Information We Collect

Ender Bot only collects data strictly necessary to provide server management, moderation, tickets, and logging features:

• Discord Guild & User IDs: Unique identifiers to associate configurations with specific servers and authorized administrators.
• Server Configuration Settings: Custom prefixes, selected logging channels, auto-roles, moderation thresholds, and ticket system settings.
• Audit Log Metadata: Transient metadata of deleted/edited messages, moderation actions (bans, kicks, warnings), and ticket transcripts.
• OAuth2 Session Tokens: Encrypted access tokens provided via Discord OAuth2 to authenticate administrator permissions on the web dashboard.

We do NOT collect or store credit card details, government identifications, private Direct Messages (DMs), or external sensitive personal information.

3. Data Storage & Security

All configuration data is securely retained in encrypted MongoDB Atlas databases with TLS/SSL protocol in-transit encryption. Access to server administration controls on the dashboard is verified against Discord's official permission hierarchy in real time.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Server configurations persist until the server owner removes Ender Bot or requests explicit data purging. Server administrators can request complete deletion of their server records at any time by contacting our support channels or removing the bot from the server.

5. Third-Party Services

Ender Bot interacts with the official Discord API and obeys the Discord Developer Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We never sell, rent, or trade your data to third-party advertising brokers.
