2. Eligibility & Server Permissions

To configure Ender Bot on the web dashboard, you must possess the Administrator or Manage Server permission in the target Discord server. You are responsible for ensuring that all bot configurations comply with your server's local rules and the Discord Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Users and server administrators agree NOT to use Ender Bot to:

• Engage in illegal activities, harassment, hate speech, or malicious harassment of server members.
• Spam, flood, or abuse bot API commands to degrade bot performance or circumvent Discord API rate limits.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other servers' data or manipulate security tokens.
• Deploy malicious embeds, phishing links, or unauthorized bot commands.

Violations may result in immediate blacklisting of your Discord user account or entire server from accessing Ender Bot and its dashboard.

4. Availability & Disclaimers

Ender Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for transient interruptions, Discord API outages, or automated moderation actions performed in accordance with user-configured rules.

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the bot or dashboard for any server or user at our discretion, without prior notice, if these terms or the Discord Terms of Service are breached.
